About The Role
Looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with good communication skills to join TwinSim team as a scrum master.Project focuses on creating a simulation platform to enable testing without hardware and by using realistic simulation models.For this position we are seeking a Scrum Master with a technical background.

Coaching teams on continuous improvement, teamwork and Agile mindset.

Facilitating daily standups and regular agile scrum master.

Working autonomously to improve your domains way of working, mindset and transparency.

Sharing knowledge you are passionate about with Agile colleagues continuously.

Collaborate with a tight knit group of other Scrum Mastersduring the SAFe routine meetings.

About The Role - Grade Specific
Key Responsibilities:

Fulfill delivery strategy across branches (develop, main, QBL).

Define and communicate delivery plans per Program Increment (PI).

Manage and maintain GitHub repositories, including rebasing and qualification workflows.

Implement and optimize Continuous Integration (CI) strategies.

Monitor repository stability, failing test cases, and automate daily integrator tasks.

Prepare TARs and signal gaps in test coverage for deliveries.

Maintain documentation for integration processes, environments, and branching strategies.

Set up and manage testing environments to ensure realistic conditions.

Address defects promptly, propose fixes within 24 hours, and communicate resolutions to stakeholders.

Methodologies OOP, BDD, SDLC, STLC, Agile, Scrum

Platforms Linux OS, GitHub Actions
