Scrum Master Intern

eCommerce, design, and development pipelines

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Facilitate

  daily standups, sprint planning, retros, and sprint reviews

• Coordinate tasks across devs, designers, content creators, and marketers
• Help maintain and update

  Scrum boards (Jira, Notion, Trello)

• Identify blockers and help team members get unblocked quickly
• Communicate timelines and updates clearly to all stakeholders
• Document progress, team velocity, and sprint outcomes
• Collaborate with the PM to maintain a

  fast, flexible Agile culture

✅ You’re a Fit If You:

• Understand basic

  Agile/Scrum

  principles (even if you’re learning on the job)
• Are great at follow-ups, status tracking, and time management
• Can handle multiple moving parts without losing your cool
• Know how to use tools like

  Trello, Jira, Notion, Asana, or ClickUp

• Communicate clearly and can

  drive people without micromanaging

• Bonus: You’ve done a certification or led group projects with Agile flows
• Extra Bonus: You’re comfortable working with remote, creative, or dev teams
