Role: Node.js Developer Intern

Node.js Developer Intern

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend services using

    Node.js

    and

    Express.js

  • Work closely with frontend (React JS) and database (MySQL) teams
  • Build and consume REST APIs
  • Write modular, reusable code with proper documentation
  • Integrate third-party services (payment gateways, mail, etc.)
  • Participate in debugging, testing, and performance tuning
  • Follow Git-based workflows and Agile practices

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of

    JavaScript

    and

    Node.js

  • Experience with

    Express.js

    framework
  • Basic understanding of relational databases (MySQL preferred)
  • Familiarity with

    REST API

    development
  • Git/GitHub experience
  • Bonus: Knowledge of authentication (JWT), middleware, or deployment (Heroku/AWS)
