Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager with a strong background in Project Management, Six Sigma methodologies, Process Excellence, and Business Consulting. This role is ideal for someone who can manage projects end-to-end, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and act as a change agent for clients across diverse domains.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

Lead and support medium-sized projects or workstreams within larger transformation programs across domains like IT, Shared Services, or Operations.
Drive project planning, scoping, budgeting, resource allocation, timeline tracking, and risk management using tools like MS Project or Jira.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of deliverables, meeting quality expectations and client requirements.
Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverable statuses and provide weekly updates to stakeholders through dashboards and status reports.
Facilitate project governance meetings, prepare MoMs, and follow through on actions.
