We are seeking experienced Scrum Masters to support enterprise IT projects in procurement and manufacturing environments. This role involves guiding Agile teams, coordinating with business stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality delivery in a regulated (GxP) setting.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments for IT project teams
Align delivery with stakeholders in procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain functions
Support planning, backlog refinement, sprint execution, and reporting
Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and regulated environment standards
Coordinate cross-functional dependencies with other project managers and vendors
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master on enterprise IT projects
Prior work with procurement, ERP, or manufacturing systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MES) strongly preferred
Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) desirable
Experience in FDA-regulated or GxP environments preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
