Project Role Description :Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics. Must have skills :Scrum

Educational Qualification :15 years full time educationScrum MasterExperience:610 yearsResponsibilitiesFacilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles, removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering Leads to ensure backlog clarity and sprint readiness.Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, team health) to stakeholders.Shield the team from external interruptions and ensure focus on sprint goals.Support cross-team coordination and dependency management across frontend, backend, DevSecOps, QA, and AI/LLM teams.Promote Agile best practices and help scale Agile processes as the team grows.Skills & Experience6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent Agile certification.Proven experience working with SaaS, microservices, and multi-cloud product teams.Strong understanding of Agile metrics, Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools.Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.Ability to work with distributed teams and manage multiple workstreams.Experience in projects involving AI/LLM integration, workflow automation, or enterprise systems like SAP.Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and QA automation.Exposure to tools like Camunda, n8n, or OpenProject.

You will work closely with team members to identify and remove any barriers that may hinder their progress, while also tracking and reporting on the team's performance through appropriate metrics. Your role is crucial in fostering a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement and high-quality deliverables.
