Scrum Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Lead to join ZL Engg PMO group. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Scrum framework is understood and enacted. You'll coach and guide teams to deliver high-quality product efficiently while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Support and coach the development team, Product Owner, and organization in Agile best practices. Remove impediments or guide the team to remove them, enabling a smooth workflow. Track team progress using Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, etc. Foster a high-performing, self-organizing team culture with a focus on continuous improvement. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters / Project Managers and Development Leads to improve coordination. Ensure proper use of Agile tools like Jira, Confluence. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency around team performance and delivery. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in software development or IT, with 2+ years in a Scrum Master or Agile Lead role . Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent) is highly preferred. Experience working with distributed/global teams. Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira). Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal Skills
