You will play a key role in supporting our clients’ hiring decisions by helping maintain the integrity and accuracy of their employee verification process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting background verifications such as employment, education, and database checks.
• Support in preparing and reviewing verification reports.
• Maintain and update verification records accurately.
• Follow up with institutions, employers, and third parties for information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely verification closures.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards at all times.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred fields: HR, Commerce, Management, or related).

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Good communication skills in English (verbal & written).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
