Responsible for negotiation, paperwork validation and closing on candidates for assigned requisitions. Maintaining Candidate relation on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination. Maintaining data integrity in our ATS to report on recruitment data. Proven ability to successfully identify and qualify a diverse pool of technical candidates through LinkedIn, resume reviews, and other creative sourcing methods. Manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on client requirements. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide them with qualified candidates who meet those needs. Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a US-based firm. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with clients effectively, candidates, and team members. Proven experience in handling client calls and managing client relationships. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. In-depth knowledge of the IT job market, including the latest technologies, skill sets, and industry trends. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. SUMMARY Job Title: Television Screen Repair Technician We are seeking an experienced TV Screen Repair Technician to join our technical service team. The ideal candidate will have 3 5 years of hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing LED, LCD, OLED, and Smart TV screens across various brands.
