Location

Responsibilities & Duties

Leading various commodities: Casting parts, Machining parts, OEM (Mechanical, Electrical and Electronical)

Optimizing Supply Chain for all categories in terms of Cost, Quality and OTD
Ensuring a smooth delivery for defined commodities by implementing contractual frame works, optimized supplier portfolios and supplier management
Data analysis as a base of strategical decisions
Supplier market observation and implementing the results in the commodity and supply strategy .

Education
BE/ BTECH (or higher) in Mechanical Design/Engineering
Or additional advantage: SCM-Degree

Work Experience
10 Years of total working experience in Procurement
• International Machine Building industry and OEM/ Automotive
• Strategic Sourcing of casting- and machining parts + OEM
• Supplier-Evaluation, -Auditing and -Development
• Supply Chain Contracting and Negotiation
• Standard purchasing process in an ERP-System, ideally in SAP

Costing

Cost Analysis and Should-be Cost Estimation

Sourcing
Strategic sourcing and Commodity management
Supplier-Selection / -Auditing/ -Development
Supply Chain contracting • Data Analysis

• Technical and Production know-how

Understanding technical drawings and specifications
Good ability to evaluate and understand supplier production- and quality-processes

Buying
Strong Negotiation skills
High routine and accuracy in executing standard buying process in ERP-Systems (SAP)
