1. Track of FTL/FFTLs and expected registrations on a daily basis to Launch with advance planning by conducting meetings with RA
2. Reviewing with marketing on forecast of FTL / FFTLs and plan for material procurement
3. Discussing with costing team for initiating procurement for new launch APIs
4. Review with QA, RA and plant teams on manufacturing readiness by conducting meetings
5. Follow up with purchase and API plants on material schedules
6. Conducting weekly review meetings with marketing and country team on status updates
7. Review with plant teams on manufacturing and packing schedules
8. Follow up with QA team on batch releases and co-ordinating with marketing on dispatch plan
9. Keep track of 6 months rolling forecast to plan the API and packing material for launch continuity
10. Participate in monthly meetings with formulation units for production planning and packing planning
Experience: 5-7 years
Qualification: MBA preferred
