Role Overview

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, logistics, inventory management, and customer service. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex supply chains for OEM customers in the automotive industry.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
• Proven experience in managing logistics and complex supply chains for OEM customers.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent qualification in Operations/Logistics preferred.
