Job Title : School Principal

Location : Rayakottai, also spelled Rayakotta  (Krishnagiri District, Tamil Nadu)

Salary : 12 LPA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Principal with a minimum of 6 years of experience as a Principal in a CBSE school (up to Class XII). The candidate must have strong leadership, academic planning, and administrative skills, especially with regard to managing senior secondary education streams (Science, Commerce, and Humanities).

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Leadership

• Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum from KG to Class XII.

• Supervise syllabus planning, academic calendar, and subject-wise delivery.

• Ensure academic rigor across all streams – Science, Commerce, and Humanities at the senior secondary level.

• Organize teacher development programs and workshops for subject enrichment.

Administration & Regulatory Compliance

• Oversee all school operations including administration, finance, and staff coordination.

• Ensure strict compliance with CBSE norms, affiliation rules, and exam procedures.

• Prepare documentation and coordinate for inspections, audits, and board-related activities

Staff Management

• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff

• Conduct regular classroom observations and promote continuous performance improvement.

• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence.

Student Development

• Oversee counseling and career guidance for Classes IX–XII

• Implement academic tracking systems and remedial programs for board classes.

Parent & Community Engagement

• Conduct parent meetings, open houses, and community outreach

Vision & Strategic Growth

• Plan and implement strategies to enhance academic results and school reputation

• Integrate technology and innovation into school systems and classrooms

• Lead the school towards continuous growth and excellence

Qualifications & Experience:

• Postgraduate degree in any discipline with B.Ed./M.Ed. (mandatory).

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Principal in a CBSE-affiliated school up to Class XII.

• Strong knowledge of CBSE Senior Secondary curriculum and guidelines.

• Experience in handling CBSE board exam coordination and results.
