School Principal

Aspire & Succeed HR is mandated to hire a School Principal for a leading chain of international schools, with 80+ campuses across Asia, the Middle East & Europe.

Location: Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic & Academic Leadership

• Drive excellence in curriculum execution (International Board's).

Curriculum & Teaching Excellence

• Guide curriculum planning in line with boards.

Admissions & Enrollment Growth

• Lead the admissions and outreach teams to meet annual enrollment targets.

Finance, Budgeting & Compliance

• Plan and manage annual budgets with the finance team to ensure fiscal discipline.

Operational Oversight

• Oversee daily school operations, facilities management and infrastructure upkeep.

Parent & Community Relations

• Build strong relationships with parents, fostering trust and open communication.

Experience & Qualification:

• 10–15 years of experience in the education sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in international curriculum management.
• Experience working in or with large school networks or chains is highly desirable.
• Experience across Geographies is an added advantage.
