Oversee and manage all financial operations of the school, including accounting, budgeting, auditing, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, financial policies, and audit requirements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Manage fee collections, vendor payments, payroll processing, and other financial transactions.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to school leadership for effective decision-making.
Liaise with auditors, banks, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders.
Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Strong knowledge of school/college finance operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
