As a member of the Hustlr Staffing Services team, you will play a crucial role in guiding students and parents through the school admission process. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing comprehensive guidance on school admission processes, including application requirements, deadlines, and procedures. - Evaluating student profiles to recommend suitable educational institutions based on their interests and strengths. - Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions to address queries and concerns regarding school admissions and educational choices. - Assisting in preparing necessary documentation and application materials with accuracy and completeness. - Developing and maintaining relationships with school representatives and educational institutions to stay informed on policies and admission criteria. - Organizing and participating in admission events, workshops, and webinars to showcase educational options to potential candidates. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field. - Proven experience in school admissions counseling or related roles. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Additionally, preferred qualifications include: - Familiarity with various educational boards and admission processes in India. - Sales or marketing experience in an educational context. - Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and counseling software.
