Role & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive guidance to students and parents regarding school admission processes, including application requirements, deadlines, and procedures. Evaluate student profiles to recommend suitable educational institutions based on their interests and strengths. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to address queries and concerns related to school admissions and educational choices. Assist in preparing necessary documentation and application materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Develop and maintain relationships with school representatives and educational institutions to stay updated on policies and admission criteria. Organize and participate in various admission events, workshops, and webinars to promote educational options to potential candidates. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field. Proven experience in school admissions counseling or related roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Familiarity with various educational boards and admission processes in India. Sales or marketing experience in an educational context.
