School Administration Officer

• Strategic Planning:Develop and implement school goals, vision, and policies to improve student achievement and school performance.
• Staff Management:Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and supervise teachers and other administrative staff.
• Budget Management:Create, manage, and oversee school budgets, allocating resources to support educational programs and operations.
• Compliance:Ensure the school adheres to federal, state, and local regulations and educational policies.

Educational Operations

• Curriculum & Instruction: Develop, implement, and monitor educational programs and curriculum, ensuring it meets student needs and high-quality standards.
• Student Support: Administer the "student lifecycle," including admissions, registration, and supporting students' educational journeys.
• Academic Records: Maintain accurate student and faculty records and monitor progress.

Community & Environment

• Communication:Establish and maintain effective communication channels with parents, teachers, students, and the community.
• Safety & Security:Ensure a safe, secure, and inclusive learning environment for everyone in the school community.
• Stakeholder Relations:Work with boards of education, parents, and community organizations to achieve school objectives.

General Administrative Tasks

• Daily Operations:Oversee the day-to-day operations, including scheduling, logistics, and facility management.
• Record-Keeping:Handle various administrative tasks, including record-keeping, data entry, and preparing reports.
• Resource Management:Monitor and order school supplies, resources, and manage technology infrastructure.
• (Must have experience in school management 5 yrs )

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
