Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate current academic processes, curriculum, and teaching methodologies.
• Develop strategies to improve 

  student learning outcomes

   and academic performance.
• Mentor, train, and support teachers to implement best practices in classroom instruction.
• Design and recommend curriculum frameworks, lesson planning, and assessment models.
• Introduce innovative teaching-learning methods, with an emphasis on 21st-century skills.
• Ensure academic compliance with board guidelines (CBSE/State, as applicable).
• Conduct periodic academic audits and share actionable insights with management.
• Collaborate with school leadership to align academics with the school’s vision.
• Stay updated on global education trends and recommend suitable practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of leadership experience

   in the K-12 education sector.
• Proven track record as a 

  School Academic Head, Principal, or Education Consultant

  .
• Prior experience in working with multiple schools and driving measurable academic improvement.
• Deep understanding of curriculum design, pedagogy, assessments, and teacher training.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
