Job Title - Scheduling- Analyst- CF HR Management Level: 11- Analyst Location: Open Must have skills:Project Management, Consulting, Recruiting or HR Good to have skills: Interpersonal and Organizational skills Experience: 3 Years of experience Educational Qualification: Bachelors and/or Postgraduate in any field. Job Summary :Optimize project success at Avanade by balancing resources with business and individual growth goals. As an Avanade Scheduler you will cultivate and maintain relationships among business partners. Manage Resource supply and demand effectively and efficiently to staff projects with the necessary capabilities and expertise. You will work with various parties within Avanade to accomplish this, these include:Consultants, Sales, Practice Leads, HR Partners, Schedulers from other regions, and your Region Scheduling Lead. Step into a role where youll ensure the right people are in the right projects, fostering career growth and meeting business needs. Youll be pivotal in harmonizing individual aspirations with our strategic objectives, all while maintaining a smooth operational flow. Together we do what matters. Roles Responsibilities: Align consultant expertise with project requirements, considering career aspirations Collaborate with leaders to forecast and fulfill resource needs Maintain accurate, reliable scheduling data and generate reports Contribute to the enhancement of scheduling systems and processes Support HR initiatives in recruitment, training, and development Provide mentorship on professional development and resume building Coordinate cross-regional assignments, conducting searches across the candidate supply pool to fuflill open project demands Professional Technical Skills: Proven ability to balance stakeholder needs in a dynamic environment Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and MS Office suite Goal-driven with a sense of urgency and ownership Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Independent, decisive, and works well under pressure Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Experience in Project Management, Consulting, Recruiting, or HR Consultative and collaborative Resilient, adaptable, and flexible Intellectually curious about technology Additional Information: Intermediate English speaking and written ability Qualifications Experience: 3 Years of experience Educational Qualification: Bachelors and/or Postgraduate in any field.
