About the Role

Scheduler

graduate

Key Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain schedules for construction projects.
Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to track progress.
Share timely schedule updates and reports with stakeholders.
Ensure projects stay on track with agreed deadlines and quality standards.
Support the project management team with scheduling and administrative tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work during
Australian business hours
.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Eagerness to learn project scheduling .
