About the Role

Scheduler

graduate

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain schedules for construction projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to track progress.
  • Share timely schedule updates and reports with stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects stay on track with agreed deadlines and quality standards.
  • Support the project management team with scheduling and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work during

    Australian business hours

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Eagerness to learn project scheduling .
