About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our construction team. The Scheduler will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and updating project schedules while ensuring effective coordination between project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. This role is ideal for a graduate with strong communication abilities, and the willingness to learn and grow in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities Develop, update, and maintain schedules for construction projects. Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to track progress. Share timely schedule updates and reports with stakeholders. Ensure projects stay on track with agreed deadlines and quality standards. Support the project management team with scheduling and administrative tasks. Requirements Bachelor’s degree Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work during Australian business hours . Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Eagerness to learn project scheduling .
