Urgent job opening with the Reputed Group (Decorative Paints vertical), hiring for the Territory Sales Manager position for multiple locations across India (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Odisha, Delhi & Punjab)

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong dealer network of 50+ dealers in the assigned territory.
• Drive business growth and generate a turnover of 4cr annually.
• Monitor dealer performance and ensure achievement of sales target.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and understand competitor activities.
• Promote a complete range of decorative paint products.

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Should have in depth experience handling decorative paint categories.
• Experience in dealer/channel sales.
• Regional Language Proficiency
•  Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Proactive, self-driven and target-oriented professional
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics and dealer behavior
• Good analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage large geography efficiently
