Urgent Opening with the Reputed Company for the position of Architect in Bengaluru.

Qualification: B.Arch. (Mandate)

Experience : 2-3 years experience.

Position Objective: The incumbent will be responsible for supporting US-based furniture dealers and manufacturers, & providing CAD design, technical specifications, and rendering services, particularly in the field of office space (Workspace design).

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and refine 

  CAD drawings, technical specifications, and detailed layouts

   for office spaces.
• Create 

  3D models, visualizations, and renderings

   to support client presentations.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and manufacturers to ensure accuracy and feasibility of design concepts.
• Provide design input and support across multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain knowledge of 

  workspace design trends, ergonomics, and furniture systems

  .

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of interior space planning.

Interest and knowledge in the Contract furniture industry (Workspace design).

Willingness to learn new software related to the contract furniture industry.
