Urgent opening with the Reputed Eye Hospital for the position of Learning & Development Manager, Patna

Education: MBA/PGDM (HR)

Experience: 12-15 years in designing & delivering training, preferably in Healthcare Industry

The incumbent will be responsible for designing, implementing, & overseeing training programs to enhance the professional development of clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards & hospital goals.

Key Accountabilities:

• Assessment of existing functional skills, managerial skills, leadership skills and soft skills and conducting gap analysis based on role requirements in co-ordination with HODs.        
• Preparation of training and development calendar, based on skills requirements identified from gap analysis, performance assessment and other training requirements from HODs.        
• Budget for department         
• Design and conduct training programmes/identify suitable faculty for various clinical and non-clinical training using digital learning tools, e-learning and coaching.        
• Assess impact of training on performance by developing metrics to evaluate training effectiveness.        
• Assess values among employees and ensure adherence to company's values through training and other means         
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys periodically and prepare action plan to improve satisfaction.        
• Conduct periodical womens empowerment surveys and assess impact of company's on womens empowerment scores         
• Prepare syllabus for BBA/MBA programme for girls, identify suitable girls for the programme in coordination with head of girls programme and, ensure classroom and practical training and placement of students in various departments        
• Implement Leading from the Back        
• Identify employees for secondment to other eye hospitals for exposure and experiential learning.
