As a Data Privacy Advisor at Accenture, you will be part of a team of professionals dedicated to designing strategies, strengthening privacy governance, and ensuring compliance with global and local data protection regulations. Your role will involve working in the Technology Strategy & Advisory practice, focusing on Data Privacy and Protection at the Analyst level in locations such as Bangalore, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Pune, and Hyderabad. You should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. The Technology Strategy & Advisory team at Accenture helps clients achieve growth and efficiency through innovative R&D transformation, redefining business models using agile methodologies. In this role, you will collaborate with partners to accelerate enterprise resilience through robust, scalable, proactive, and cost-effective enterprise security architecture strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Shape data privacy strategies and governance models for impactful discussions with CISOs, DPOs, and senior leadership. - Demonstrate strong analytical and consulting skills to assess compliance with privacy regulations and frameworks. - Utilize knowledge of privacy impact assessments (PIAs), data subject rights, and consent management models. - Lead advisory workshops, assessments, and compliance reviews, providing structured recommendations to enhance privacy maturity. - Maximize subject matter expertise on security-led projects and play a key role in pitches involving data-based RFP responses. - Contribute to presenting data privacy strategy to clients and developing their maturity in data usage across various domains. - Demonstrate creativity and analytical skills in problem-solving environments. - Apply knowledge of key value drivers of businesses to impact the scope and approach of engagements. Qualifications Required: - 3 to 5 years of experience in data privacy and protection. - Strong analytical and consulting skills. - Knowledge of privacy regulations and frameworks. - Experience in privacy impact assessments and consent management. - Ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments.
