Job Description

As an outcome-oriented problem solver at Accenture Strategy and Consulting, you will have the opportunity to work on transformation strategies for global clients in an inclusive and collaborative environment. You will be a part of the Supply Chain and Operations practice, where you will help organizations reimagine and transform their supply chains for a positive impact on business, society, and the planet. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your Japanese language expertise to lead collaborations and initiatives in the Japan geography - Lead whiteboarding sessions with senior business stakeholders as a Business/Process Practitioner - Apply Business Architecture Framing techniques such as Operating Model Design, Value Chain Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping, and Business Capability Modeling - Engage in Process Discovery and Improvement initiatives - Contribute to asset, accelerator, and use case creation and enhancement - Support business development initiatives and demonstrate the ability to solve complex business problems - Ensure fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Japanese language, along with a deep understanding of the Japanese culture and work practices - Utilize strong analytical skills to provide clear-cut, methodical solutions - Solve complex business problems and deliver client satisfaction - Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Exhibit cross-cultural competence and thrive in a dynamic environment - Showcase strong team-management skills Qualifications Required: - MBA preferred - JLPT N3 level or above is mandatory. Experience working with Japanese Clients is advantageous - 5+ years of experience in business process management/Enterprise/Technology platforms - Experience with BPM tools like ARIS, Blueworks, Signavio, and/or architecture tools such as LeanIX, BiZZdesign, Alfabet is a plus - Solid understanding of industry trends, ERP/CRM platform transformation journey, new technologies, and tools - Experience with lean six sigma projects and/or training/certification is beneficial - Strong communication skills, especially in simplifying complex structures for diverse clients and colleagues at all levels Note: No additional details of the company were present in the job description.,
