About the Role – Executive Intern (Sales Accounts Team)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, review, and processing of:
• Sales agreements
• Customer documentation
• Payment schedules and tax details
• Coordinate between Sales, CRM, and Accounts teams for approval workflows
• Ensure accuracy in document formats, financial details, and filing standards
• Maintain trackers for executed documents, registration timelines, and payment follow-ups
• Generate MIS reports and support the finance/accounts team with reconciliation tasks
• Work on documentation for stamp duty, registration, GST, and RERA-related processes
  

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate or Final Year student from a 

  NIRF-ranked institution

   (B.Com, BBA, BA, or similar preferred)
• Strong academic record and good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of 

  MS Excel and MS Word

• Interest in real estate, sales operations, or financial documentation

• Organized, self-motivated, and willing to work in a fast-paced team environment
