Job Title: Lead / Senior Consultant – SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)

Experience Required: 6 – 14 Years (Minimum 5+ years in SAP TRM)

Role Summary:

The Lead / Senior Consultant – SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Treasury solutions to manage financial instruments, liquidity, and risk for the enterprise. The role requires deep functional and technical expertise in SAP TRM with exposure to front, middle, and back-office treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) modules.
• Manage and optimize treasury processes across Forex, Derivatives, Borrowings, Deposits, and Exposure Management.
• Support Front, Middle, and Back Office treasury operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with finance, risk, and IT teams to align treasury processes with corporate financial objectives.
• Configure and integrate SAP TRM with related modules such as SAP FI, Cash Management, and In-House Cash.
• Manage Trade Finance operations, including Letters of Credit (LCs), Guarantees, and Bank Guarantees.
• Drive process automation initiatives within Treasury to enhance efficiency and transparency.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA Treasury innovations and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• 6–14 years of total experience with 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP TRM.
• Strong domain knowledge in Forex, Derivatives, Borrowings, Deposits, and Exposure Management.
• Proven experience across Front, Middle, and Back Office operations.
• Experience in Trade Finance processes and Treasury automation tools.
• Understanding of Risk Management, Cash Flow Forecasting, and Liquidity Management.
• Integration experience with SAP Finance (FI) and Bank Communication Management (BCM) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology.
• SAP Certification in Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) preferred.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Treasury implementation or migration is an advantage.
• Knowledge of financial instruments accounting (IFRS/IND-AS) is desirable.
