About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and deliver SAP training programmes (virtual and classroom) tailored to learner roles and business processes.
• Create and update courseware, job-aids, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises for SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and certification assessments to scale internal training capability.
• Gather learner feedback, track outcomes, and continuously improve curriculum for adoption and performance impact.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA
• SAP ECC
• SAP FI/CO
• SAP MM
• Instructional design
  

Preferred

• SAP Certified Trainer
• Virtual classroom facilitation (Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams)
  

Additional Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering SAP training to end-users and super-users in enterprise environments (experience with rollout or upgrade projects preferred).
• Strong ability to translate technical processes into practical, role-based learning.
• Comfortable working remotely with cross-functional teams across time zones; strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
