SAP - SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT professional

Brief Scope of Work: The SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) selected resource(s) is/are expected to deliver the following capabilities:
Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.Estimate effort and define timelines for solution implementation.Translate business needs into functional specifications for SAP solutions.Configure and customize SAP SCM modules, including SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management), WM (Warehouse Management), and PP (Production Planning).Integrate extended warehouse management systems with VISION.Analyze cross functional dependencies between SAP modules such as FI (Finance), FM (Funds Management), GM (Grants Management).Create process maps and conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.Develop technical specifications for custom developments and enhancements.Develop test scenarios and coordinate testing activities, including system integration, user acceptance testing.Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users and key stakeholders.Collaborate with developers for ABAP development, customizations and enhancements.Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and industry standards. The expected key deliverables are: Prepare user requirements document.Prepare functional specifications and business process documents.Develop protype in sandbox client.Develop technical specifications for developers.Configured SAP SCM modules tailored to business needs.Prepare test scripts and execution results for system validation.Develop training materials and workshops for end-users.Provide Go-live and post-implementation support. Qualification Requirements are:At least 10 years experience in supply chain management configuring SAP modules Sales & Distribution, Material Management, Warehouse Management, and Production Planning, along with cross-functional integration across Finance, Funds Management, and Grants Management.Accredited project management methods e.g. Prince2 etc.Strong understanding of sales, procurement, inventory, logistics, production planning and warehouse management.Experience with SAP integration using SAP PO/BTP and reporting tools.Experience in integrating extended warehouse management solutions like Dematic, SSI SCHAEFER etc.Problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting and process optimization.Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and training.
