Job Title: SAP SF Learning (LMS) Consultant

Location: 100% Remote (India)

Contract: 12 months (January start)

About the Client:

Our client is a Germany-based digital solutions provider supporting global organisations with enterprise HR and learning transformations.

Role Overview:

We're seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant to own configuration, deployment, testing, and functional support for an ongoing implementation project. This is a hands-on role working with international HR and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure SAP SF Learning items, curricula, catalogues, assignments, notifications, and permissions
• Support connectors, integrations, and related data activities
• Lead UAT support, troubleshooting, and defect resolution
• Prepare documentation for configurations, test scenarios, and guides
• Provide post-go-live hypercare and functional support

Required Skills:

• Solid hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS
• Strong LMS configuration and deployment experience
• Working knowledge of connectors and integration touchpoints
• Excellent communication and ability to work in remote setups

Good to Have

• Experience with global LMS rollouts
• Ability to troubleshoot logs, connectors, and reporting
