Job Description

Position Overview

Role & responsibilities

Lead and execute
at least 5 full life-cycle implementations
in Employee Central (EC).
Configure and manage
Time Off (Leave Policies, Accruals, Carry Forward)
and
Time Sheet (Shifts, Overtime, Approvals)
.
Set up and maintain
Position Management and MDF Objects
in line with client requirements.
Ensure
compliance with Middle East localization and legal regulations
.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and design solutions.
Provide documentation, testing, and post-go-live support.
Act as a trusted advisor for clients on SuccessFactors EC best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
Mandatory
Minimum 5 end-to-end EC implementations
Strong hands-on experience with:

EC
Time Off
EC
Time Sheet
Position Management
MDF Objects

Familiarity with
Middle East localization & legal requirements
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
