Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Looking for a resource who can handle dual role (Functional configuration + Advisory support to internal/external teams)
Engage with client stakeholders to understand business processes and HR transformation goals.
Lead and guide the configuration of SuccessFactors EC and Talent modules.
Review and validate existing system designs and recommend improvements.
Act as a trusted advisor to internal project teams and client-side functional teams.
Support test planning, defect triaging, and cutover activities from a functional perspective.
Conduct training sessions, review documentation, and ensure process alignment across member firms.
Coordinate with integration and analytics teams to align data and reporting requirements.

Required Skills:

Deep hands-on configuration and solutioning experience in any of the below modules (best along with EC):
• Employee Central (EC) • Performance & Goals (PMGM) • Succession & Development • Recruiting Management (RCM)
Experience in advisory or leadership capacity in large/global SF deployments.
Strong business process understanding in hire-to-retire lifecycle.
Ability to assess, design, and validate scalable, compliant solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications:

Mandatory
: SuccessFactors EC certification
Preferred
: Certifications in PMGM, RCM, Succession
