Job Title:

Role Overview:

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure

    SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)

    module in line with business needs.
  • Work on

    end-to-end HR processes

    such as employee data management, position management, and organizational structures.
  • Manage

    data migration, validation, and transformation

    during implementation or enhancement projects.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver configurations.
  • Integrate EC with other SAP modules (e.g., Payroll, Time, Recruiting, Compensation) or third-party applications.
  • Support

    testing (SIT, UAT)

    and resolve issues during implementation or post go-live.
  • Create and maintain configuration documentation, process flows, and training materials.
  • Provide

    ongoing production support and enhancements

    in the SuccessFactors EC module.
  • Stay updated with new releases and features in SuccessFactors to provide process improvement recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3 - 6 years

    of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least

    2 full-cycle EC implementations.

  • Strong understanding of

    Employee Central data models

    (Corporate Data Model, Succession Data Model, MDF).
  • Experience in

    Position Management, Workflow Configuration, Business Rules, Role-Based Permissions (RBP)

    .
  • Knowledge of

    data import/export tools

    (Integration Center, CSV Templates) and

    reporting (Ad Hoc, ORD, Canvas)

    .
  • Basic understanding of

    integration technologies

    (SAP CPI, API, OData, or Web Services).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • SuccessFactors EC Certification

    preferred.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in additional SuccessFactors modules such as

    Recruitment, Onboarding, Time Off, or Compensation.

  • Exposure to

    SAP HCM on-premise or hybrid integration scenarios.

  • Understanding of

    SAP BTP Integration Suite

    or

    SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

    .

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Global Certification in

    SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
