Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. System Configuration & Administration

  • Configure, implement, and maintain

    SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)

    module as per business requirements.
  • Manage core EC functionalities such as

    Employee Data Management, Position Management, Organizational Structure, Time Off, and Workflows

    .
  • Perform data loads, validation, and system maintenance activities including user access management and role configuration.
  • Ensure system configuration aligns with best practices and complies with organizational HR policies.

2. Business Process Support

  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional system specifications.
  • Recommend improvements and optimizations to existing EC processes and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Employee Central transactions, data inconsistencies, or integration failures.
  • Support HR operations teams during monthly and annual HR cycles (e.g., transfers, promotions, compensation, and organization restructuring).

3. Integration & Data Management

  • Work with integration teams to maintain and enhance

    interfaces between SuccessFactors EC and other HR or ERP systems (SAP, Payroll, LMS, etc.)

    .
  • Support data migration, validation, and synchronization activities across multiple systems of record.
  • Ensure high standards of

    data quality, accuracy, and security

    across all EC processes.
  • Maintain integration monitoring and error resolution logs for continuous operational stability.

4. Testing, Documentation & Release Management

  • Participate in

    UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

    , regression testing, and release validation for EC module changes.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date

    documentation

    of configurations, process flows, and system enhancements.
  • Support quarterly SAP SuccessFactors release reviews and implement new functionalities as needed.
  • Coordinate with SAP support or internal IT for issue resolution and enhancement delivery.

5. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Serve as a trusted functional advisor to HR business partners and COEs (Centers of Excellence).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Payroll, IT, and Compliance to ensure smooth HR process automation.
  • Provide user training and post-go-live support for HR teams and business end-users.
  • Communicate effectively on project status, risks, and change impacts to key stakeholders.

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience (46 years)

    in implementing and supporting

    SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

  • Expertise in

    Data Models (Corporate, Succession, and CSF)

    Business Rules

    ,

    Workflows

    XML configurations

    .
  • Experience with

    Position Management

    ,

    Employee Central Reporting

  • Good understanding of

    integration techniques

    (e.g., API, OData, CPI, or Dell Boomi).
  • Familiarity with

    SuccessFactors Provisioning and Permission Roles

    setup.

Functional & Analytical Skills

  • Strong understanding of

    HR business processes

    and

    organizational structures

    .
  • Ability to map business requirements into system configurations and functional designs.
  • Experience working in

    Agile or hybrid project environments

    .
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP

    SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification

    (active or expired).
  • Exposure to

    other SuccessFactors modules

    such as Recruitment, Performance & Goals, or Compensation.
  • Experience supporting

    global HR environments

    with multi-country EC configuration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
