Role Overview

SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Core EC

Configure Employee Central Foundation & Employee Data Models
Position Management, job structures, pay structures
Workflows, business rules, event derivations
MDF object creation and maintenance
Configure and troubleshoot
Time Off
(leave types, calendars, accruals, carry-over rules)
Awareness of Time Sheet behavior and dependencies

Technical & Delivery

Prepare functional specifications for integrations and extensions
Support data loads, configuration transports, and replication checks
Participate in SIT/UAT cycles and resolve defects
Provide documentation and knowledge transfer

Client Interaction

Work with HR/IT stakeholders to refine requirements
Present options and best-practice recommendations
Communicate clearly with global teams

Required Experience

6-10 years of SuccessFactors experience
Minimum
3 end-to-end EC implementations
Strong hands-on configuration in EC, Position Management, MDF, Time Off
Familiarity with Middle East HR processes

Skills & Attributes

Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to independently lead EC discussions
High ownership and delivery consistency
