Experience : 10 + years

Job Description

SF EC Lead
:

SuccessFactors EC consultant with overall 5-7 years of Exp (Certification in EC is mandatory).
At least 2 EC Implementation project experience and ability to troubleshoot issues and show quick PoC (in some cases) in EC would be helpful.
Should be able to handle a Configuration based change in a Change Request for EC within stipulated time with Unit and Integration Testing, Customer Interaction for requirement gathering and Testing.
Should have good understanding of the HR business process set up in SF.
Good in verbal and written communication skills : English.

Awareness of Integration concepts between EC, Integration Centre and CPI would be an added advantage
