Role Overview

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

HR business practices

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to define requirements, configure, test, and deploy

    SuccessFactors solutions

    .
  • Own the end-to-end process for work intake, prioritization, change control, and execution, ensuring risk mitigation and successful project launches.
  • Analyze business challenges, monitor system usage, and recommend enhancements, documentation, or communication improvements.
  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards; present findings to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards, data security, and privacy policies.
  • Lead HR system discussions with internal teams and vendors to align on goals and deliverables.
  • Manage multiple HR technology projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Provide

    Level 2+ end-user support

    and resolve application issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
  • Deliver online and in-person training to global users, enabling adoption of new functionalities.
  • Proactively identify, address, and close issues while continuously improving system processes.

Minimum Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HR Technology with

    hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

    .
  • Knowledge of additional SuccessFactors modules (Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession) is a plus.
  • Experience with

    integrations to/from SuccessFactors

    preferred.
  • Background in IT, HR Technology, ERP/HR applications, or digital HR design.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in

    Microsoft Office Suite

    .
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple urgent priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong decision-making skills with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven ability to deliver commitments with accountability and proactive updates.
