SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Job Description:

Capita Technologies is currently looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Experience: Minimum 8+ years

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SuccessFactors modules, requiring expertise in business process analysis, client interaction for requirements gathering, solution design, deployment, and post-implementation support.

· Key responsibilities include delivering end-to-end SuccessFactors projects, conducting user training, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring continuous improvement initiatives are met.

· Analyze and understand client business requirements to define a blueprint for SuccessFactors implementation.

· Configure and deploy SAP SuccessFactors solutions and various modules to meet business goals.

· Provide both L1 and L2 support to users, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with L4 for any product bugs.

· Oversee testing, data migration, and deployment processes, ensuring successful go-live.

· Train end-users and provide ongoing support and refresher sessions.

· Ensure all development adheres to SAP best practices.

Qualification and skills:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

· At least 8 years of experience with the SAP SuccessFactors Suite.

· In-depth knowledge and experience with specific SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Performance & Goals, Employee Central).

· SuccessFactors certification is required

· Proficiency in SuccessFactors integration, application administration, and support.

· Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications.

· Strong understanding of SAP architecture and best practices.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with functional teams. Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical solutions and managing application releases and fixes.

· Team leadership and collaboration with stakeholders skills are vital.

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strong communication skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Good verbal and written communication in English.
