SAP SuccessFactors LMS (Learning Management System) Consultant

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors LMS solutions according to client requirements and best practices
• Analyze clients' existing learning and development processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with HR and training teams to design and implement effective learning programs, including compliance training and skill development initiatives
• Provide training and support to users to ensure effective utilization of the SAP LMS functionalities
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including system configurations, process flows, and user guides
• Stay up-to-date with SAP SuccessFactors LMS updates and emerging learning technologies, delivering insights to clients
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• A minimum of 4+ years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on LMS
• Strong understanding of learning and development principles, adult learning theories, and best practices in training management
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules and strong configuration skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members
