Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant with 4 to 8 years of experience in SAP SRM Master data and Org Plan. The ideal candidate would have worked in end to end SAP SRM implementation project Good knowledge on ECC contract management supplier management strategic & operational sourcing. Troubleshoot and resolve SRM-related issues including portal PO & shopping cart issues. Have hands of experience of Open Text- VIM.

Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SAP SRM Master data and Org Plan to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Worked in end to end SAP SRM implementation project
Good knowledge on ECC contract management supplier management strategic & operational sourcing
Troubleshoot and resolve SRM-related issues including portal PO & shopping cart issues
Prepare functional and technical documentation work on enhancements
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and knowledge of SAP SRM-MM integration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues enhancing overall business operations.
Provide expert guidance on SAP SRM best practices to improve data management and organizational planning.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience and productivity.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize the effective use of SAP SRM systems.
Support the integration of SAP SRM with other business systems to streamline operations.
Lead efforts in data migration and system upgrades to ensure seamless transitions.
Document system configurations and processes for future reference and compliance purposes.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SRM-related issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement system improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in SAP technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

Possess a strong technical background in SAP SRM Master data and Org Plan with proven experience.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience in Retail Customer Services or Utilities is highly desirable.
Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work model.
Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
