Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Database Services Consultant to manage, optimize, and support SAP database environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP database administration, performance tuning, and end-to-end project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support SAP database environments (HANA, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server)

Lead end-to-end implementation, migration, and upgrade projects

Perform SAP HANA administration, monitoring, and performance tuning

Handle backup, recovery, and high availability (HA/DR) strategies

Support system refreshes, client copies, and transports

Ensure database security, compliance, and patch management

Troubleshoot database issues and coordinate with SAP Basis and application teams

Maintain documentation and provide operational support

Required Skills

10+ years of experience in SAP Database Services

Strong hands-on experience with SAP HANA administration

Expertise in database performance tuning and optimization

Experience with SAP system implementations and migrations

Knowledge of HA/DR, backup, recovery, and disaster management

Exposure to SAP Basis integration and landscape management

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

Experience with S/4HANA conversions or migrations

SAP HANA or Database-related certifications

Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
