Role Overview

SAP Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry in SAP across relevant modules.
• Create and update

  Purchase Orders (POs)

  and

  Sales Orders

  in the system.
• Maintain and update

  pricing

  , discounts, and other master data in SAP.
• Prepare and share

  MIS reports

  related to sales, dispatch, and operations.
• Coordinate and track

  dispatch activities

  with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Follow up with transporters/Vendors for shipment status, documentation, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Accounts, Logistics) for order processing.
• Raise requests, forms, or approvals required for order execution.
• Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company processes.
• Support audits, documentation, and data validation as required.

Skills & Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 3-4 years of experience

  in SAP data entry or similar role (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with

  SAP MM/SD module

  (must).
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under timelines with high accuracy.
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills.
