Job Description

As a Lead SAP Solution Architect at Capgemini, you will be responsible for the following key activities: - Take end-to-end responsibility for entire SAP Solutioning, bid response, and working with solution team/SME. - Appropriately position and promote Capgemini's SAP offers/assets in opportunity contexts. - Drive the solution strategy by collaborating with account team/sales/partners to shape deals in alignment with competitive scenarios, client priorities, and technology suitability. - Defend developed solutions and offerings internally at the BU/MU/SBU level. - Plan, lead, and present solutions in client meetings/orals/workshops. - Interact with customers, understand their requirements, and propose suitable solutions/methodologies. - Lead the New SAP adoption initiatives in the context of Digital Transformation, showcasing clear business value. - Drive innovation/transformation agenda in large existing accounts, providing delivery and solution assurance. - Support and guide solutions and offerings in the Capability (COE), driving competency agenda and ideating new innovative solutions/PoCs/PoVs. - Provide expert support to various projects and delivery engagements. - Guide, develop, mentor a team of architects, and continuously drive Solutioning capability enhancement/improvement/industrialization/reusability/automation. Your secondary skills should include: - Minimum 12 years of SAP experience with deep knowledge in at least one area such as FICO, O2C, P2P, SCM, CRM. - Good SAP Solution Integration knowledge and experience in pre-sales. - Strong hands-on experience in SAP core modules like FICO, P2P, O2C, SCM, Technical streams. - Delivery Management experience in SAP AD implementation projects, customer-facing roles, and knowledge of S/4HANA, Suite on HANA, and HANA database. - Experience in leading SAP projects in the AD side ranging from 3 M to 10 M Euros. - Expert understanding of implementation, migration, upgrade processes in SAP S/4HANA environment. - Broad understanding across functional areas with industry knowledge in sectors like Manufacturing/Retail/CPG/Life sciences. - Ability to articulate technical solutions into business value and experience in client interactions at senior levels. - Excellent communication skills in English, additional language proficiency in German/Spanish/Dutch or French is advantageous. - Experience in people management, stakeholder management, and representing the organization in industry events/forums. - Educational Qualifications: BE/MBA or equivalent with related SAP certifications.,
