Job Description

As a Lead SAP Architect at Capgemini, you will be responsible for taking end-to-end ownership of SAP solutioning for global projects ranging from 5 to 25 M Euros. Your role will involve working with a solution team/SME to craft bid responses, position and promote Capgemini's SAP offers/assets, and drive the solution strategy in alignment with client priorities and technology suitability. You will also be expected to defend developed solutions internally and lead client meetings, workshops, and orals. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, lead, and present solutions in client interactions - Interact with customers to understand requirements and propose solutions - Lead new SAP adoption initiatives in the context of digital transformation, demonstrating clear business value - Drive innovation and transformation in existing accounts, providing delivery and solution assurance - Guide a team of architects, supporting their development and driving solutioning capability enhancement - Provide expert support to projects and delivery engagements - Lead competency agenda and ideate new innovative solutions, PoCs, and PoVs Qualifications Required: - Should have a minimum of 12 years of SAP experience - Deep knowledge in at least one area of expertise such as FICO, O2C, P2P, SCM, or CRM - Experience in pre-sales and leading large strategic deals centered around SAP - Strong hands-on experience in SAP core modules and delivery management in SAP AD implementation projects - Expert understanding of SAP implementation, migration, and upgrade processes, including S/4HANA - Industry knowledge in Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, or Life Sciences - Excellent communication skills in English, additional language proficiency in German, Spanish, Dutch, or French is a plus - Experience in client interactions at a senior level and people management - Educational qualifications: BE/MBA or equivalent, related SAP certifications This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging global projects, drive innovation, and mentor a team of architects to continuously enhance solutioning capabilities.
