Time Off

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain

    SuccessFactors Employee Central

    (Core HR) with a focus on

    Time Off

    functionality.
  • Design and implement

    leave and absence policies

    (holiday calendars, accruals, carry forward, forfeiture, etc.) aligned with business and compliance requirements.
  • Manage and support

    employee master data, position management, and organizational structures

    within EC.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver system enhancements.
  • Build and maintain

    workflows, business rules, and validations

    in EC.
  • Perform system testing (unit, regression, UAT) and support production rollout.
  • Ensure proper

    integration of EC Time Off with Payroll

    (SAP / third-party).
  • Provide

    end-user training, documentation, and support

    for HR teams and managers.
  • Partner with the technical team for

    data migration, reporting, and interface monitoring

    .
