SAP Successfactor EC Timeoff & TimeSheet Consultant.

Experience: 8+ years

Work Location: India (REMOTE)

Contract Period: 6 months, extendable

Australia Shift : 5 am to 2 pm IST

Work Allocation & Schedule

• Allocation will vary between

  2 to 5 days per week

  , depending on project needs.

• Full-time (5 days/week)

  commitment required from

  Mid-Dec to Mid-Feb

  .

• No work

  during the last 2 weeks of February.

• March–June:

  Variable allocation from 2–5 days/week based on project workload.
• Start time:

  5:00 AM IST

  (flexible during low allocation weeks, must overlap with AU hours).

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum

  5 years of hands-on experience

  in

  SAP SuccessFactors

  .
• At least

  2 full-cycle implementations

  in

  Time Off

  and

  Timesheet

  modules.
• Strong expertise in configuration and integration with SAP Payroll, EC, or other time management systems.
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification in

  Employee Central

  or

  Time Management

  is

  mandatory

  .
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables efficiently in a part-time engagement model.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end implementation of

  SAP SuccessFactors Time Off

  and

  Timesheet

  modules.
• Perform configuration, testing, and deployment activities in alignment with project timelines.
• Integrate SuccessFactors Time modules with

  SAP Payroll

  ,

  Employee Central (EC)

  , or third-party time/attendance systems.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Prepare project documentation including configuration guides, test scripts, training materials, and user guides.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key business stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide expert-level support during UAT and go-live phases.
• Ensure solutions follow SF best practices, compliance requirements, and customer business rules.
