Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself and a better working world for all. **Role Overview:** As a Consultant for Employee Central at EY, you will be responsible for utilizing your skills and expertise in SAP HCM Success Factors Employee Central to deliver high-quality solutions to global organizations. Your role will involve defining business requirements, performing fit gap analysis, system configuration, and providing consulting services to help clients migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution. - Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation. - Demonstrated excellent Communication & Presentation skills and must be a team player. - Profound understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations. - Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution. - Hands-on experience with Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML. - Proficient in MDF, foundation objects, associations, Business rules, and workflows. - System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook. - Expertise in translations and must upload translation packs for data models configuration and MDF. - Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts. - Strong learning ability, agility, and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments. **Qualifications Required:** - BE/BTech/MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience of 3 to 5 years. - Industry or consulting experience.
