Job Title: Senior SAP SD OTC Consultant (Public Cloud)

Job Summary:

SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) – Order to Cash (OTC) Consultant with Public Cloud experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead

  SAP SD OTC module implementations and support

  in Public Cloud environments.
• Gather business requirements, perform system analysis, and translate into SAP OTC solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP SD OTC processes including

  order management, pricing, billing, invoicing, and delivery

  .
• Ensure seamless

  integration with other SAP modules

  (MM, FI, PP) and cloud-based applications.
• Conduct

  UAT, training, and workshops

  with business stakeholders.
• Provide

  post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements

  .
• Collaborate with global teams to align solutions with business goals and Public Cloud best practices.
• Prepare

  functional specifications, documentation, and test scripts

  .
• Stay updated on

  SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud innovations

  and advise on enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience

  in SAP SD OTC implementation and support.
• Hands-on experience with

  SAP Public Cloud (S/4HANA Cloud preferred)

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Order-to-Cash processes

  : order management, pricing, billing, invoicing, delivery, returns.
• Good understanding of

  integration points with MM, FI/CO, and logistics modules

  .
• Experience in

  Public Cloud deployments, configuration, and extensions

  .
• Proficiency in preparing

  functional specs for RICEFW objects

  .
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• SAP

  certifications in SD or S/4HANA

  (preferred).
• Ability to work independently in a

  remote, client-facing environment
